I ordered a few pies through a fundraising event for the Northport Choir . That alone was a wonderful thing to help support the community. Every pie was fresh and delicious from Banana Cream to traditional Pies for thanksgiving, plus a cheese cake and aChicken Pot Pie ???? all were excellent! Will definitely be back!

Food is always great, and my little children really love it. The pancakes are always a big hit, or the Grilled Cheese for lunch times. The sandwiches are incredible. Just had the Rainbow Veggie and it was fantastic.

Hometown Bakery is my new favorite place. Savory pot pies are a must. If it's your first time there, give yourself some extra time to take it all in ! $20 breakfast special is great. 2 sandwiches 2 donuts 2 coffees. Yum

I got the chicken and two sides Friday special for 35 bucks, enough to feed 4 adults. The Chicken cutlets were plump, fresh and juicy. A crisp, puffy, spicy coating blankets each cutlet evoking flavors of original KFC, southern style. This is not anItalian style fried chicken cutlet. One chosen side was Mac and Cheese, big shells coated with a truly homemade bechamel basedmultiple cheese sauce topped with more cheese that melts perfectly when heated. Elbow macaroni would work better, the shellsare too big, an unnecessary distraction from the velvety cheese sauce. My second side was mashed potatoes and gravy. Thepotatoes were obviously freshly peeled, cooked and mixed with absolutely perfect spices. This traditional side dish was creamyperfection and paired with a rich, succulent, crown of homemade southern gravy served in separate containers. These mashedpotatoes should get 10 stars on their own. Highly recommend. In house bakery boasted pies, breads, cheesecakes. Limited glutenfree product available. Unavailable no sugar added product.

We have gotten Sweet Savory items and they have been very good. We especially like the Thanksgiving pie and Chicken pie. The lemon Bars are Tart and Sweet, the Scones are varied and great. The egg combos very cool.
