Honestly, I was disappointed. A single tenderloin was $11.00. It was not as good as I remember them to be. Plus they add an extra fee to pay with a credit card. I will not be going back. View all feedback.
The Jonseys in Center Point, IA is amazing and always was. I love calling a huge order, they always say that it will take 15 minutes, no matter how full they are. The best. It is always 15 minutes : The one in Cedar Rapids,IA is just not the same. Service and food is simply not great. Drive to Center Point is worth it.
Pretty good here. This is a typical small town café where the locals eat. The food is good and the service was great!
If you find yourself in Iowa, trying a pork tenderloin is a must—it's practically a requirement. Just like there are many excellent BBQ spots across the country, there are also plenty of great places for pork tenderloin here. This establishment serves up some truly gigantic sandwiches; I mean, they are seriously big and incredibly tasty. This is the perfect example of what a large tenderloin sandwich should be, and as an added bonus, you get a generous portion of fries. Although it's a family-run place, they manage to handle a high volume of customers, with the staff consistently cranking out these oversized pork tenderloin sandwiches. If you're traveling between Cedar Rapids and Cedar Falls, make sure to stop by and experience one of Iowa's cherished culinary traditions: the pork tenderloin.
I recently had a Pork-Talloin sandwich at Joensy's in Center Point, and it brought back memories of my college days when I attempted to tackle one of their enormous sandwiches at the original location in Solon, paired with generous amounts of beer. Although this sandwich was still quite substantial, it was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and efficient, and the cozy little restaurant had plenty of charming Iowa touches. If you're driving between Waterloo and Cedar Rapids, Joensy's in Center Point is definitely a worthwhile stop for a satisfying pig slaughter sandwich.
For my first night in town, I decided to try Joensy’s. Amy was a bit taken aback, but I told her I was in the mood for a big, juicy tenderloin. That’s what would make me happy!
