I pulled... read more Went through the drive thru today, order was placed at 10:50am. I was told it would be about 15 minutes to get the broccoli beef. I said that was fine. I pulled over to wait for my order. After 25 minutes I went in and asked about my order. The lady said we are waiting on the broccoli beef. Um ok! U continued to wait. Another costumer noticed I'd been waiting a long time, she asked the staff about my order(thanks again kind lady. At this point my order was finally completed. When the staff handed me my order, she said sorry you had to wait just a little longer. A longer by the way was 40 minutes. In this time other drive thru, in restaurant and to go were placed and filled. I understand a little wait. But that was uncalled for and the little apology was not sufficient!

I wont be coming back it was the worst customer service ever and I should have drove off instead of paying. Litterally go anywhere else but here.

I swear that every time I go to Panda Express, the prices increase and the portions decrease. I paid $9 for pound of rice and like 3oz of actual food. And I eve... read more I swear that every time I go to Panda Express, the prices increase and the portions decrease. I paid $9 for pound of rice and like 3oz of actual food. And I even waited for fresh string bean chicken, only to get over cooked chicken and soggybeans. Pretty sure I won't be going to Panda Express at more.

The workers are a bit rude, but it is a very fast pace work environment, you can tell a lot is demanded of them. I will continue to support this establishment.
