If I could give 10 stars, I would! this place is fabulous! last weekend we drove on the way back to the dallas area (from a funeral in jasper texas) and we were... read more If I could give 10 stars, I would! this place is fabulous! last weekend we drove on the way back to the dallas area (from a funeral in jasper texas) and we were looking for a good grill. we don't know about center texas. but we came to this place and made a quick turn. we went to the door that we noticed that they were closed at 3:00 a.m. (it was about 2:50), but we decided to just walk in and completely expect that we would get a few terrible rest. the nice lady told us. we have caught them in the process of making the dinge. she has not hesitated to bring back this delicious brisket. when I saw the ones. They treated us like they were open for hours. they knew they were too close. the braut, ripen, sausage, potato salad. delicious! and the prizes are sooo good. Barbecue prizes around dallas are car-robe. at chaps they get their money plus some! our only regret is that we didn't get a few of the bohnen that she put the scraped of brisket and sausage! one of the women who served us said she came to dallas when she has a friend (I believe) who fights cancer. I wish she could get a grill like that. I don't have one of the lady names. but thank you, we talked about how much we have eaten since : I can hardly expect to be back.

The owners are friendly and take pride in their top-notch quality of food. They even provided us with more than we had ordered, and everything was delicious. The Texas Twinkies were a standout dish! I highly recommend Chaps BBQ for any occasion, big or small. Thank you, Chaps, for a fantastic meal - we can't wait to enjoy more of your BBQ in the future!

The meat was moist and flavorful, and the bread was fresh. I paired my meal with a 32 oz tea and a bag of chips for just over $18, but there are plenty of budget-friendly options available as well. The sandwich menu is inclusive of drinks and chips, making it a great value. Overall, it’s definitely worth a stop!
