We heard about this truck from a friend. They were in our neighborhood this past Saturday, decided to give them a shot for lunch. AMAZING! This was our first experience with poutine and they knocked it out of the park.We will be back, thank you so much!
The fries were cooked so well that they stayed delicious even after being in the heavy coating, which really enhanced their flavor. The seasoning was excellent; it was quite flavorful compared to some I've tried before. The cheese curds melted perfectly and were generous enough to be included in every bite. The serving size was also quite satisfying.
