I have no idea what's so difficult about including sweet and sour sauce with a twenty-euro order, especially when I specifically mentioned I didn't want ketchup or mayo... Of course, I didn't check at the counter—my mistake. Maybe next time I should just stand there at the counter, take my bag apart for five minutes, and hold up a sign. I'll be so glad when KFC finally closes down; then maybe there will be some competent competition, and they'll realize that these kinds of mistakes simply can't go on forever.

I have no idea what's so difficult about including sweet and sour sauce with a twenty-euro order, especially when I specifically mentioned I didn't want ketchup or mayo... The tray carts were overflowing, and the staff... read more The food was cold and the fries were soggy. The entire place was dirty: tables, floor, and the women's restroom. The tray carts were overflowing, and the staff had long hair, which ended up in the food. What I find terrible about McDonald's is that the staff shout out the numbers even though there's a display board.
