Not only is everything in their selection more expensive through Lieferando (and by a significant amount), but they also cheat with their 2-for-1 promotions (for example, a chicken burger normally costs €1.50 through Lieferando, but with the 2-for-1 offer, one burger costs €3, meaning you still pay the price for two). And then they charge almost €5 for delivery within the city limits – it's outrageous! I hope you have to shut your place down!

The burger buns were dry and the cheese wasn't even melted, and part of our order was missing. And what happened to the drinks? There was far too little syrup, so everything tasted almost like water. The staff tried really hard, but simply couldn't manage the crowds. Something urgently needs to change here.

Terminal 1 for ordering inside hasn't worked for several weeks. Card payments aren't possible there either, and even when they are, you don't get a receipt or anything. People order shaker bags (more than two), but they only give out a maximum of two, and the customer is deducted from their order! When there are problems, the employees can barely answer because their German language skills are very limited!
