Ordered food for delivery today. They were half an hour late. That can happen, but as a result, part of the food was already cold. The fried noodles tasted like they had no seasoning at all, but instead tasted like a lot of oil/fat… absolutely terrible! Never again, sorry.

The rude voice on the phone, who not only had language difficulties but was also annoying because she was stressed, then when picking up the order, I wasn't allowed to wait at the counter but was rudely asked to wait by the door – in a cold restaurant, no less. On top of that, they exceeded the stated pick-up time. Thanks for nothing, I hope my digestive system stays intact tonight.
