Our order was for two chicken wing boxes: one regular chicken wing box and one crispy chicken wing box. Then we received our chicken wings. The crispy chicken wings looked great, but the other ones were completely burnt. We called them. The woman on the hotline was very polite, but when we were connected to the actual restaurant, they were incredibly disrespectful and unfriendly. They said it was normal, but when I called my brother, who used to work there, he said it wasn't normal and that's not how it should look. The employee on the phone refused to do anything about it. He explained the same thing to us three times and snapped at us.
