The staff... read more The restaurant's dining area is only moderately clean. There's chewing gum under the tables, and the restrooms are empty, and this happens repeatedly. The staff tries hard to provide good service, but the food is only lukewarm. There's significant room for improvement in all areas.

First you wait in line for ages to even place your order, only to then wait almost an hour for your food and that at a fast food chain? Simply incomprehensible. When the food finally came, it was half smashed and cold. A look into the kitchen gave the rest: the food was prepared with bare hands, without gloves, and the floor was completely dirty and full of food. What's more, there aren't even terminals for ordering. Really disappointing we definitely won't come here again!
