What Matt Nietfeld doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Ordered food online 75 minutes prior to pick-up time. Arrived to pick up food and was told it would be 15 minutes. FORTY minutes later, food finally ready. Pizza undercooked, breadsticks overcooked (badly) and they forgot to put sauce cups in the box. What a joke. Last trip to this Pizza Hut, ever. View all feedback.
Waited over 2 hours for our pizza and it wasn’t even correct. Pop was warm.

The food was great, but I haven't been there in about 8 yrs. It seems like it took a long time to get the pizza.
