The lighter coffee barely has any flavor, resembling water with just a hint of coffee, while the darker one has an overpowering taste of coffee bean. Neither one is enjoyable. It's truly absurd.

The Bavarian cream donut also had very little filling inside, and I didn't receive any napkins with my meal. On the bright side, the coffee was quite good.

Today after the wait, they only had the sandwich and didn?t have my coffee and I had to show them my order onmy phone for the dozen donuts that were not yet boxed. Ordered at 8:20 and it was after 9:00 until I got out of the drivethrough with the food that I ?ordered ahead.?

I called 3 times, couldn?t get anyone to pick up the phone and the... read more I tried making an order for 2 dozen donuts for my daughters class for her birthday yesterday. I called 3 times, couldn?t get anyone to pick up the phone and the voicemail had no been set up yet. I drive to the store and there is two employees SITTING onthe counter and not a single customer. When I said I had tried calling multiple times, they told me ?the music must of beenturned up to loud to hear the phone ringing.? I proceed to place my order to be picked up at 7:55 this morning. Gave my name andphone number with the order. When we get there to pick up the donuts, the employee was talking on her personal cellphone, afterher phone call I tell her the name on the order, she had no idea about any order at all. And then proceeded to walk to the backof the store and then returned talking on her cellphone. We ended up having to pick donuts from the display and didn?t get outof the store until 8:22. So my child was late for school, and didn?t even get the correct order. They are in desperate of someserious management and I hope they get it together soon.
