I had my first visit to this restaurant today with a friend. I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel flavor, and after taking a sip, I quickly realized it... read more I had my first visit to this restaurant today with a friend. I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel flavor, and after taking a sip, I quickly realized it was not good at all. I asked my friend to try it as well, and she agreed it was unpleasant. After only taking two sips, I asked the waitress if I could have the drink removed from the bill since I couldn't drink it. She said she would need to check with the manager. Based on the manager's attitude during their conversation, I suspected I'd be stuck paying almost $9 for the drink, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. There was no apology or offer to make me a new drink or substitute it for something else on the menu. I was simply told I had to pay for it. I'm not one to complain, but I believe this situation was poorly handled, and it certainly won't encourage me to return.
