However, I want to share that the owner responded to a question on Google about tipping. They mention that tips are used to cover expenses like broken plates, failed orders, tax, and surprise free gifts. The owner doesn't accept cash tips, which should be given to the wait staff according to law. It seems like the owner might not fully grasp how to handle these situations properly, as it's standard practice to account for these expenses in pricing or budgeting for marketing.

However, after a change in ownership, the quality of the food declined. I ordered a full Irish breakfast today and found it to be very greasy, with a less appealing presentation compared to before. Additionally, the shot latte I ordered was stronger than expected. While the staff was very friendly and attentive, it was ultimately the quality of the food that was lacking.
