I really like the staff and food but your delivery drivers are letting you down. Plus they never deliver to my house. It's away because they can't be bothered to drive in to the estate.

I placed an order at 18:00pm , the wrong order came at 18:40 in which I rang and they said they had made a mistake when taking the order that they would drop it ASAP. Still no sign after another hour 19:40). I ring back to ask for a refund as the food had just arrived that minute almost 2 hours later)! They say you can give the food back if you want your refund and then try to turn it around on me saying I didnt order so so after telling me multiple times they took the order wrong!! No apology, no credit or anything for THIER mistake. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. Also the lady on the phone was so so rude almost trying to have an argument. I requested a call from a Manager as apparently “He is not in “ Appalling service, NEVER AGAIN !! AVOID! River King Chinese
