Macari's Takeaway - Celbridge

Huge portions definitely. Though rather too large for me. Opening hours are a plus. Couldn't have gotten food that late in any other spot.

This is so far the best Fish Chips I've ever eaten in Dublin. Huge portions and quality is excellent. Highly recommended

Ive lived in Celbridge for a while. The odd time that i do get a take away i always went to Macari's. Their food is tasty and the portions are more than decent, but for the second time i found hair in food that i had ordered. The first time i passed it off as the cleanest of food places this can happen, but last nite took the biscuit as there was a few hairs in my food. That is rank. The take-away no doubt has hygiene certs but to what level they are practiced is questionable. Like i have said at the start of this, Macari's food is tasty but i do question their hygiene practice, hence i will never buy anything from that take away again, once is acceptable by my standard, but twice and il take my money else where.

Macarris is my favourite chipper in Celbridge . They give huge portions of chips and fish. Once I asked for a smaller portion but the lady just smiled at me and gave me the usual. I don't think they understand small.
