We weren't too keen on the Sicilian buffet on... read more This is the restaurant on the roof of the Sea Palace Hotel where we stayed. The staff were friendly and efficient. We weren't too keen on the Sicilian buffet on the Sunday evening as nothing was labelled so you mainly had to guess, but the choices from the a la carte menu were better and there was a good choice of wine. They do have the desserts already laid out on a pick your own basis and they were standard for a hotel but not too keen on the artificial cream and strange pastries. But there was plenty of fruit. It is a gorgeous place to watch the sun go down and the beautiful sunsets, as the walls are mainly glass.

We decided to eat from the evening's 4 course meal and it was fantastic. The service was top notch and the food as well was delicious. The view from the rooftop dining room overlooking the Sea and Cefalú absolutely can't be beat as the sun sets while you eat. A most enjoyable experience!

Waiters very efficient, the chef came to speak to us and the M'aitre D was very attentive. It was great sitting there with the town of Cefalu in front of us in the evening
