Was Anonym at Playa Lires a mag?
located in a privileged place and, although it was the last day of the season, they treated us wonderfully. We were offered the little product left to them and yet the preparation was correct and the minimum waiting time. the very attentive, sincere and helpful waiter View all feedback.

What ELink B dislikes about Playa Lires:
If you don't speak Spanish, the guy is not interested in helping. I guess it is good for locals. I enjoyed a drink and rest since I walked from Finsterre on the coast. But I wasn't even attempt to order food with his cold attitude. View all feedback.

With literally nothing around for a kilometer, there is this gem situated on the hill, by a secluded beach, with a perfect view of the sunset, and Erica who was working hard to keep all the customers (and there were about 15 tables filled) happy with food and beverages. We had a wonderful bottle Godello priced cheaper than other places we've visited in the region and enjoyed the sunset. Simple as that.

You sit on the terrace, and in front of you is this gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. That would be enough, right? Then add the sunset. OMG! Then, add the food. Fresh, fresh, fresh seafood. My husband went crazy for the perceives (goose barnacles in English. But I don't eat seafood and I was still able to have an amazing dinner raxo. (A mix of fried pork bites and potatoes. Delicious. And, more importantly, the bar offerings! The best tinto de verano I've ever had!

The Bar Playa Lires has a great view of the beach and ocean. The food is good and the service OK. But you pay for it. Prices on raciones are several Euros more than going rates in the area. All and all probably worth the extra cost.

Perfect location with the views of the bay and ocean and quite protected from the weather. It is not easy to get to through a set of windy, very tight roads in the village, so don’t take a big vehicle! I only went for a beer and was intending to stay for an evening meal but the weather turned and I decided not to. The welcome was variable with the lady telling me that the kitchen closes at 4pm and not telling me it reopened at 7 which the gentleman later did however that might well be my bad Spanish!. The place was very clean and well looked after. It has a tapas menu which is relatively expensive, but you pay for the view! Will be going for dinner one day..
