We got to have a blessed meal here. The waiter was friendly. The place was clean an so was the bathrooms. Our waitress, Amy, was attentive, and the food was good. The only downside was that it took 40 minutes for our meal to arrive, which cost them a star. Aside from that, everything was great.

When customers choose to dine in a restaurant, they shouldn't have to wait excessively for their food after placing online orders. This is simply unacceptable. We were informed around 5:30 that our food was on its way, but after that, we received no updates until we had to inquire again at 5:50. It's worth mentioning that the waitress came to our table three times during that period without mentioning our order at all. Ultimately, we decided to leave. The customer service was extremely disappointing. This was my first visit to Huddle House since I recently moved to Cedartown, and I will not be returning. It’s clear that they do not value the customers dining in their restaurant. I work in customer service myself, and I can't imagine allowing such a situation to happen. If I could give a rating of zero out of five, I would. The only positive aspect was that the water I had was surprisingly good. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
