What Mike M doesn't like about Cork Slice:
The restaurant is very clean and has a simple yet attractive decor. The drinks were refreshing, although the glasses were small for the price. We enjoyed the margherita pizza and fried mozzarella as appetizers—they were delicious. The main courses, salmon and a pasta dish, were also well-prepared and tasty. Please put the roasted zucca salad back on the menu my friends and I came to your restaurant for that only!
I'm not exactly a dairy guy. But my daughter (the graduation girl) definitely is. She loves the place and loves the food and the vibes... She ordered the Penne Vodka, and i personally thought it was comparable to other competitions in the Five Towns. My wife enjoyed the fish tacos, and I ordered the tuna, which was pretty good. The sides are where everything really shines, especially the brocollini and the cauliflower. All in all, the food was good and tasty and, most importantly, fresh. For desert, we got the Creme Brule, and it was delicious as well as the Dark Chocolate Suffle, which was delicious as well. It would be nice if there was an actual cremy cheese cake on the desert menu, but you can get everything you want.
