Taco Bell - Cedar Rapids

Eating was mostly great, my nacho frits were soggy and barely filled, but the customer service was very blunt and somehow rude.

We had to wait in the drive to order 18 minutes. there was a car on the window and one on the ordering board. we ordered 3 hard shell tacs and went into the window. we paid and waited 7 minutes to get the order. there were 4 people we saw. do not go back

We waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes without any communication through the intercom. Eventually, 4 to 5 people left the restaurant, all of whom appeared to be workers. One person remained inside, seated and talking on the phone. This was at 9 o'clock, with the store closing at 1 o'clock. Arby's was the winner in this situation.

If I could not give star, I would crispy package had only salat no steak on the steak taco burrito supreme has no tomato or acidic looked. drinks were warm no ice. I wanted to call but it sounds like a fax number

Grabbed two party packs of soft tacos for my babysitter and my kids one evening as I was dropping them off for a few hours. No warning for them, but then still whipped them together in less than 2-3 minutes and had them out to our car. Great service for fast food!!! I meant to grab a taco myself but missed out before we left!!!
