I frequently order from this place through the UberEats app, and my orders are always prepared within a maximum of 15 minutes. Just a quick note: only the specials listed on the app are applicable to your order, not any from the newspapers. Changing sandwich ingredients, such as adding or removing items, can also be somewhat challenging. Fortunately, the owner, Ken, was very helpful in explaining the procedures to me.
