At 9:12 we called from outside there door. They answered and said they do open at 9 but it would be another5-10 minutes because they weren't ready. We left and went to the one on Council St.

When it's busy everyone needs to be working not talking and being very slow one girl in there made about 2 foot longs inthe 25 mins I was standing in line! Maybe look into some new employees who take their job a bit more serious!!

Luke went above and beyond to assist us, fully aware that it would take longer to prepare our order given that he was the only one working. He truly deserves some recognition and a raise! I will definitely return to this location as long as Luke is there!
