This is my favorite Starbucks. Megan is the sweetest barista ever and even knows my order when I walk in. Since it’s in the middle of a Hy-Vee you kind of have to expect that it’s going to be busy, but she always has my drink on time with the best attitude. I highly recommend this Starbucks spot to anyone! It’s a gem in this Hy-Vee especially when the other Starbucks’ can’t get certain things in. View all feedback.

The supervisor at this restaurant was very rude. After waiting for 4 minutes with no greeting, we decided to cancel our order and leave because of her disrespectful behavior. She also failed to provide a full refund and did not apologize for being out of 3 of the 5 items we wanted to order. The supervisor ignored us when we walked in and displayed racist behavior. It is best to avoid dining at this location.
