that is the worst customer service. it actually deserves 0 stars. After waiting for my order for over 2 hours, it says on the way 8 13 minutes. I'll give it a few minutes. get my keys and get out to meet the pizza guy. I'm looking at the phone that my order is canceled. no call. no text. I'll call him. I'm in the handle for 15 minutes. The service was welcoming, the location was easily accessible from the highway, and we received our pizza in just 10 minutes.
I received my order promptly and it was perfect. I ordered a large pizza with two toppings, cheese sticks, and chicken bites. Everything was hot and fresh, and my children enjoyed every bite. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I look forward to ordering from this restaurant again in the future and highly recommend it to others. Thank you!
I have generally had good experiences at this restaurant. In my opinion, it is the best fast food pizza chain. However, during my last visit, my order was not fully cooked even though I was there early. The staff tried to expedite the process by pushing it through the oven quickly, but in doing so, some parts of the dough were undercooked. Despite this, my past experiences at this restaurant have been positive.
Pizza and bread sticks are nothing special, but usually good. Just recommend the online order to prevent errors and only perform to prevent missing items, especially sauces. Also use coupon codes and offers otherwise the food is much overpriced.
They gave my pizza away to someone else, so when I showed up for carry out I was told to wait for them to make it again. It would’ve been nice to have been offered free delivery or some kind of compensation, not even an apology from them.
