**Dining at Bo Mac's: A Mixed Bag Experience** Bo Mac's offers a diverse culinary experience that leaves diners divided. While some rave about the delectable tenderloins and crisp fries, others express disappointment over service inconsistencies and dish quality. Reports of overcooked food, uncarbonated drinks, and unsanitary conditions dampen the dining experience. However, many appreciate the warm atmosphere and attentive staff, particularly during busy hours. Diners commend the freshness of dishes like the Creole chicken wrap and pizza, declaring the environment perfect for casual meals or special occasions. Overall, Bo Mac's potential shines through, but advises caution regarding service and pricing.
Got the Rodeo Burger special, and it is very tasty. The french fries are an extra treat, and definitely isn't something to skip over! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
This was my first visit to Bo Mac's. I had ridden by on my bicycle many times without ever noticing that this place existed, but my spouse visited with a friend and recommended it. I visited on a Saturday late morning, one in a group of hungry cyclists halfway through a 60-mile bicycle ride. It was just passed opening, and we were the first customers of the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we ordered a variety of entrees for lunch. I also managed to find a draft beer that I had not previously tasted, which is no small feat. I had the mushroom and bleu cheese burger with their signature potato pancakes side. (For the record, these are not conventional potato pancakes that you might order at a breakfast place. Instead they are mashed potatoes, savory with herbs, and fried pancake style on a griddle. This is a description, not a criticism. The burger and potato pancakes were both very tasty. Colleagues ordered the pork tenderloin, salmon sandwich Reuben. Everyone in the group expressed satisfaction with their choices. We ate outside in the spacious and shady patio area, which features a raised platform for live music performances which generally occur weekly, weather permitting.
I just enjoyed some drinks while listening to the band. Price per person: $10–20. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.
Wow. We started with the avocado bruschetta which is now my new favorite bruschetta. For the main entree, I had the Creole Chicken, which was grilled perfectly juicy and tasty, with a side of potato pancakes. Best lunch I?ve had in a long time. Theyhave a comfortable, modern interior with some rustic touches and a very friendly and attentive wait staff. I will be back soon.
No Macs was a great surprise when we walked through the doors. It was spacious and inviting. The decor is awesome and easy on the senses. The waitress was polite, courteous and attentive. The pub fries were excellent with crispy fries, delicious cheese. The tenderloin was thick and juicy with great breading. The broccoli was plentiful and cooked just right topped with parmesan. The veggies for the sandwiches were crisp and fresh. Plus, best of all, they have a great selection of beers on tap and makegreat mixed drinks. And peanut butter porter. This was a great surprise and I would highly recommend this place to anyonelooking for a great place to eat, drink and socialize.
