eating is very good. the service is really good. the experience is fantastic. I would recommend this place to friends and I would recommend it family. the sides are executed in the same way as the escapes, excellent. the only thing that surpasses the preparation of food is the experience of the personal. great eating, great value, super service. I can ask for this as the last meal if necessary. View all feedback.
What Jayne R doesn't like about Loosies:
The service was friendly, but the dining area was small. The food was just average. This is a good spot for a quick meal as most of the items are pre-made. We tried the loose meat sandwiches and potato salad. The meat was bland and the potato salad tasted like something you could buy at a grocery store. We would consider returning to try a different dish. View all feedback.
The loose meat sandwiches were delicious in their simplicity. The restaurant is cozy with only a few seats available, and the bar seating offers a more intimate experience with the friendly staff. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being intrusive.
Loosies is an exceptional restaurant in every way. The food is bursting with flavor and some of the best I have ever had. My go-to dish is the No Bun Loosie, which is packed with delicious veggies and generous portions of meat. The value for money is outstanding, with generous servings at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and welcoming to all customers. The restaurant is impeccably clean and charmingly decorated. It's clear that the owners take great pride in their business. Thank you, Loosies, for providing such a fantastic dining experience.
I always notice this place when we pass by, and I always say 'Loosie's! Ha! Love that name.' This time, we decided to stop in, and we were very glad we did. I ordered a loose meat sandwich with a side of beans, and my companion had a grilled tenderloin with a side of cottage cheese. Both sandwiches were delicious. The pork loin sandwich was especially hearty, as it was folded to create a double meat sandwich. While they don't serve fries, the sides offered, including chips, were tasty. The cheese provided was a cheese sauce, not sliced cheese. We also purchased a hoodie, which was made of thick material and offered at a great price. The staff was fun and friendly. This is definitely a place we will visit again and mark as a favorite.
We went in there two or three weeks ago. We have been there a couple times before and have had a great experience. This time, not quite as great. The food was pretty good. I had a large Loosie burger or whatever it's called. It could have used a littlemore meat or less bun but was pretty good. The only real complaint about the sandwich is I asked for ketchup, mustard, onionsand cheese. It had plenty of onions but if the rest of the condiments were on it, I could not see or taste them. I didn'tcomplain, though. It was good without them. I also had some beans and macaroni and cheese. Both were very good. I want to giveLoosie's five stars based on the food, but there's service to consider. The guy behind the counter was nice enough when we firstcame in. He gave us some extra macaroni and cheese and whatnot. The problem started when another customer came in who wasobviously a friend. They were talking a lot, which is okay, but in their talk the man at the counter said he sent his helperhome. He said she's some high school girl who talks too much. Might seem a little nitpicky to bring this up, but as theirconversation went on, they talked about how kids these days don't know how to have a conversation and complained that youngpeople don't want to work. Hello? You sent your help home because she talked too much. Yet, you say kids can't carry aconversation. Which is it? And I probably wouldn't want to work there, either, if I was going to be sent home just because youfind me annoying. Maybe I could have just let this all slide, but the place began to get busy. About this time I was done withmy meal and thought I would get a piece of pie, too. The guy at the counter was too busy keeping up with the customers comingin, I couldn't get his attention. Also, some lady asked for pie and he dug around in a refrigerator opening containers of piewith his bare hands, trying to figure out what kinds they had. Perhaps if he hadn't sent the coworker home I could hav
So simple yet so delicious. If you're unaware of what a Loosie is, it's chopped up fried hamburger. Like a sloppy joe without the sauce. But don't let the simplicity turn you away. The loose burger mixes much better with the condiments than a typicalpatty. They also have a small verity of sides to go with it. I ordered the baked beans and they were some of the best beans I'veever eaten. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a very respectably priced meal.
