Staff ignored us when we walked in to the counter! Was there to order at the counter, and NONE of the staff even acknowledged we existed! After such rude behavior, we left, since they seemed to be more interested in drive up business.
They close at 10. Went there at 920 and asked what chicken they had available. They said none. I asked how long to cook they said it would take longer than we are open. That their fryers are off. Not cool
Bad service when answering on drive. Also- it?s 9:03pm on a Monday and they have every single light off outside and inside. Looked closed but online it said 10pm. Passed by drive thru so clearly open. Need to fix your lights or don?t pretend you?reclosed.
I went rhrough rhe drive through. The person who took my order was polite enough. However, my lemonade tasred like orange soda, probably because they hadn't replaced hoses on the machine. I changed a side of my order to corn. I got cole slaw. If you getfrom here, check your order before going to far.
Don't bother with the center point Rd location. The staff can't get orders right and get mad because you want what you've paid for. The Edgewood location however is wonderful. Intelligent staff and clean store!
