Description
Dining at this restaurant appears to be a frustrating experience for many patrons. Issues range from excessively long wait times—up to 45 minutes for chicken—to unprofessional service, such as unfriendly staff and customers overhearing negative comments. The quality of food has also come under fire, with complaints about underwhelming portions and appearance. Additionally, operational challenges were noted, including doors being closed during business hours and unresponsive communication over the phone, leaving customers feeling disregarded. Overall, a need for better management and customer service is evident, suggesting that the establishment has significant room for improvement.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 in the morning, but was disappointed to find that the doors were closed and no one was responding to the drive-thru. There was someone in the drive-thru who seemed to be watching me, but looked away as if they didn't notice me. I believe the restaurant could benefit from better management. If Chick-fil-A can provide excellent service, then other restaurants should be capable as well.
This restaurant is no longer a viable food option. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with 5 other cars before finally hearing the loudspeaker ask for my order. When I asked if there would be a 20-minute wait, the response was confusing. I waited along with the other cars in the parking lot for 20 minutes, feeling frustrated when others who arrived after me were served first. It is clear that new management is desperately needed.
I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to answer the phone and have a proper conversation instead of hanging up. My order was messed up but I couldn't do anything about it because they kept hanging up on me. I couldn't even return to the restaurant to fix the issue because they were closed by the time I got there.
Sa in agreement with three other cars around 19:30 clock waiting for someone to take our order, no one came across the loudspeaker, approached the window and could clearly see the lighter up and a woman at the front counter count money and ignore the several cars in line. very unprofessional and took our business elsewhere, as I am sure the other cars too.
