Drive them through, do not get what I ordered, took it to have done the right order, got to the car not yet the right order. we have just gone
I ordered food for work. at work I realized it was the wrong food. I went back and asked for a new sandwich. the worker argued with me opened my sandwich touched it with from glove then refused to me my old eating would not make me new food and refused to pay back. jimmy johns stole me 10.43. I have never got my food, but they have their money. called and submitted a complaining company as well as the better business office for theft. go to any other business that is led by teenagers with employment problems. and the manager matt is rude and innocent and refused to give me the names of his boss.

Just disappointed. Staying at a hotel .3 miles away. Took 1:42 minutes to get a delivery. They never pack condiments or napkins in the order when I have ordered from there. Could tell that the sandwich was made when I ordered. Did not taste good at all. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
