I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, a larger girl wearing a yellow sweatshirt openly made a disrespectful comment in front of several other customers. Then she continued to stare at me while whispering rude remarks to a friend of hers. It felt very unwelcoming and judgmental. I wouldn't recommend going here if you're not prepared to deal with that kind of treatment. View all feedback.

This is the best place to find bubble tea in Eastern Iowa, seriously, everything that Ive ordered from here has been awesome!! Store is super cool and has good vibes, me and my friends love coming here when were in the area. Everything is great honestly but the matcha with tapioca is my fav
I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. I am still exploring the menu and trying new drinks instead of always sticking with my favorite, the HITEA Boba - which is amazing by the way. This place has quickly become one of my favorites. The drinks are expertly crafted with care and love every single time. The menu offers a variety of beautiful and artfully crafted drinks. The owner is friendly, talented, and kind. Thank you always, HI-TEA! I would be thrilled if you sold sweets on doordash as well. (And the gorgeous paper art and cards are a nice touch too!)
I absolutely love HI TEA, every time I visit it's fantastic! The staff is great at communicating and always friendly. I've been a regular customer since they first opened. I really appreciate their reusable cups, I use mine for weeks before recycling. Having the option for DoorDash delivery is perfect for satisfying last-minute boba or milk tea cravings. The drink menu is extensive with a variety of delicious flavors to choose from. I hope they add the strawberry cake and other tasty sides to the DoorDash menu in the future. The owner's strawberry cake is incredibly tasty and pairs well with their milk tea. I highly recommend this business, every drink I've tried has been delicious.
