Unfortunately, there was an extremely rude man w... read more My fiancé and I recently stopped at this location on our way to Dubuque, and I have to give it a perfect 10/10. Unfortunately, there was an extremely rude man who was fussing over a $10 refund from the car wash. He spent several minutes yelling and making a scene. The staff handled the situation remarkably well and continued to take care of other customers without missing a beat. The girl who checked us out definitely deserves a raise for her composure and professionalism!

We ordered pizza, and when we called to i... read more Most of the time, the employees are very helpful and caring, but today my family and I had a disappointing experience. We ordered pizza, and when we called to inform the store manager that the pizza was extremely doughy, their response was, "Do you want to bring it back, or do you want to throw it in your oven?" First of all, if I had said something like that at my job, I would have received a write-up. Secondly, there was no apology or offer to make things right. My family and I are very disappointed with how we were treated. To be honest, this experience makes me hesitant to return to this location or order their food again.

I just recently had... read more I am appreciating their food more and more since Covid-19 has cut down on me going to out to restaurants. Their Supreme Pizza is delicious! I just recently had their Buffalo Wings, and was impressed. Then I tried the bread sticks because they had a combo special, and they were great! I will be ordering from them on a regular basis. They have become my favorite pizza joint in Story City!
