Pay someone to make a delivery and......they don't bring 75% of the order BUT I have to come by to pick the rest up. How hard is it to put stuff in a bag? Also you called me to tell me you had to switch to a different drink because you were out and youstill forgot..... just saying this is why places like McDonald's and gas station employees should be stuck with minimum wage.

My daughter, who picked it up, mentioned that the person making the pizzas seemed frustrated and treated her like an inconvenience. I understand it can get busy on a Saturday night, but if you can't keep up, just say so. I would have gone to the other Casey's just a few blocks away, where they’re always happy to see us. Instead, we received a subpar pizza from Casey's, overpriced and clearly made in frustration. I expected much better from their menu.

Howe... read more I've been a regular at this Casey's for a while but never felt the need to write a review because I understand staffing can be challenging for many places. However, after my experiences last night and today, I believe management needs to address some serious issues. Last night, we ordered a large veggie pizza through the app. They called to say they were out of spinach, which was fine. When we arrived, we noticed the employee cutting our pizza used a dirty pizza cutter with pepperoni stuck to it—definitely unpleasant, but we said nothing. When we got home, all the toppings were piled in the center of the $23 pizza. Then, this morning, I went to get iced coffee. The mocha was empty but the French vanilla was stocked, which was a relief. I grabbed a large cup, but there was no ice in the machine and no large lids available in the store. So, I ended up with a $5 iced coffee without ice or a lid, and still had to drive across town with it. I also checked the hot food case, which was almost empty, no hash browns in sight. I understand this is a busy location and challenges happen, but this store seems seriously under-managed and chaotic. I won’t be stopping here for my daily morning routine anymore.

However, what arrived was the pizza, two or... read more I recently placed an order for a large pizza, two 8-piece boneless wings, and breadsticks for delivery from Casey's. However, what arrived was the pizza, two orders of breadsticks, and no wings. I've been trying to contact the location at 34th and 1st Ave in Cedar Rapids, IA for over 15 minutes, but the line is constantly busy and then disconnects. I'm frustrated because I paid $15 for wings and received a $5 order of breadsticks instead, with no way to resolve the issue.
