He took h... read more Went to grab a slice of pizza and a pop about 30 minutes ago. The cashier put his hand in the back of his pants and proceeded to scratch his backside. He took his hand out, you could smell it wasn’t clean and proceeded to touch my pop and give me my cash back. I Will never go back to this store and very tempted to call corporate.

I tried to push the help button, but when I went inside, the cashier informed me that it only works intermittently and suggested I just wait for the pump to cancel itself. I then moved to a different pump, but it wouldn’t apply the fuel discount from my Casey's rewards, despite entering my phone number.

A complete dismissal.So, kid, let me tell you, you 're behavior was unacceptable. Your job is to assist the customer, not lean on the corner and doing as little as possible. When a customer asks a question, do your job!Respect is given when respect is earned. You are not a respectable associate for Caseys.

This is my second time orderi... read more I ordered a thin crust pizza and clearly requested extra sauce. I don't understand how this pizza ended up having even less sauce. This is my second time ordering here; the last time I had a regular crust and also requested extra sauce, but there was very little, if any, on that one as well. Sauce is really important to me for making the pizza more enjoyable.
