Had an order for curbside pickup that said ready in 20 minutes, and got there at the 20 minute mark and they hadn?t even started making the order yet; no explanation or apology. Told me it would be 10 minutes, so I wait 15 for them to bring the order to me before I go back inside only to find it wasalready done and between the 6-7 employees that were working none of them could be bothered to bring it curbside. Looked inside to see if it was the correct; I noticed that the crust was barely even cooked.. it looked like raw dough. I said something to the kitchen employee, who gave it to me/ made it and he toldme ?my bad?

I went in at 10:30 AM and there wasn't a single hot sandwich or slice of pizza available. I've been to a lot of Casey's locations, but this one had nothing ready for takeout. I asked the cook if there was anything in the works, and the answer was a flat no. I hope Chad, if he's still the manager, makes some changes. There are plenty of workers in the area, and it's frustrating that they can't grab a decent meal right across from where they’re working.

The lady explained that someone had canceled... read more I ordered a pizza at 7:15 and went to pick it up at 7:45, only to find out that they hadn't even started making it. The lady explained that someone had canceled their order, and they decided to eat that pizza instead. Then, the customer called back wanting it again, so they had to make a new one. I'm not one to usually complain, but it seems unprofessional to not prioritize fulfilling orders and to take unnecessary time with the process.

I really appreciate how friendly the staff at Casey's are, and I enjoy that they often have their shelves well-stocked. The bathrooms are consistently clean and... read more I really appreciate how friendly the staff at Casey's are, and I enjoy that they often have their shelves well-stocked. The bathrooms are consistently clean and always have toilet paper available. I'm a fan of the Casey's rewards program as it helps me save money. Overall, this is my favorite store in Cedar Rapids.
