I ordered the Impossible Burger at this restaurant and was disappointed to find it burnt to a crisp with an excessive amount of ketchup, oversized tomato slices, and wilted lettuce. Additionally, I was given the wrong drink. The only redeeming quality was the fries, which were good, fresh, and crispy. However, considering the high price of over $10 for the meal, it was not worth it at all.
Ordering through the app is the way to go. They offer a daily upgrade on soda or fries, or in my case, I upgraded my onion rings. The convenience of being able to drive up to the speaker, give them my order number, and then pick it up at the second window, where it is usually ready, is perfect for my busy lifestyle. Also, every Wednesday they offer $2 Whoppers. If you don't already have it, make sure to download the app.
I waited in the drive-thru for over an hour only to receive cold food. The employees were angry and unapologetic for the long wait. This will be my final visit to this drive-thru after multiple disappointing experiences.
Terrible. First off mixed up the order. Had to go back. Husband waited inside for over 10 minutes. A few people ahead of him also mixed up orders. The rest of our food is getting cold in the car waiting. The chicken sandwich was very very extracrispy. Chicken was chewy and dried out. Won't be back.
Even though the wait was VERY long, it wasn 't BK staff 's fault. An 'angry customer ' in the drive-thru clearly was unsatisfied, so much so, she banged on the drive-thru window but the staff explained just before the window closed and firmly said theirorder was complete, they got what they ordered, and payment was made. Yet 'angry customer ' continued the harassment. after staffheard threats about someone getting killed, the manager handed the car a bag of food and some change. 'Angry customer ' left andservice was swift after. Food was hot and we feel bad the staff has to deal with such rude, scary people, but they apologizedfor the long wait and up-sized our order free of charge. Some people 's kids ... Smh.
