The food alone at this place earns them 4-stars as they have some of the best food in CR. The first time I ate here, they screwed up my order, but they were really busy that day and the tiny place was crowded. The food was still really good. we did dinner at Bigg Daddy's 16th Ave SW, tonight for dinner. that was a big mistake. ribs were dry, sausage was burnt on one side But they turned them over so it was ok? and the pulled pork looked like they scrapped the pan for what was left? I wanted to complain but Olivia's friend was our waitress so i said nothing. Nothing hot and fresh on a friday night at 5:30 i guess?? i wont even talk about my food : View all feedback.
The selection is great. Many seats. I have the smoked meat sampler and it was delicious. You even have a 2 pound burger challenge. The prices are low enough that I definitely try again, more burgers. Try the corn-caserole!
Great food! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I was there a few times and I'm always so glad I stopped for a bite. I love the ribs and their original sauce. Stop it and you won't be sorry.
I love this place. Big Philly sandwich get it wet also good chili dogs big onion rings my children love it too. Very friendly staff/owner. They disappeared if not there. Cedar Rapids and Iowa city needs more small joints like this good food and good people

The staff are so sweet and welcoming. I got the brisket dinner and it was delicious. I was hoping they served bread or a bun with it. The mac and cheese wasnt what I was used to but it was still decent. The baked beans were delicious. I will surely be ordering from them again
