I live nearby and wanted to share my experience: the employee at the drive-thru was wearing AirPods while taking our order and processing our payment, which was quite unprofessional. She was also rude and slammed the drive-thru window shut. The mac and cheese we ordered was old and undercooked. Overall, the service was really disappointing. They definitely need to improve.
I had the most disappointing chicken sandwich I've ever encountered. The bun was cold, and the chicken was at room temperature, making it feel like a leftover Cajun filet from breakfast. This restaurant truly needs to focus on improving their quality.
This girl from the North has ventured South once again, and I finally had the opportunity to visit a Bojangles. The chicken was fresh, with a perfectly crispy exterior and just the right amount of spice! The sweet tea was exactly what I had been craving and definitely met my expectations. We placed a large order, and although the biscuits were initially overlooked and brought out just as we were leaving the parking lot, the staff member was very friendly and apologized for the oversight. I’m definitely planning to return today for more sweet tea!
The portion sizes at Bojangles are quite small. My French fries were cold and tasted stale, definitely not fresh. I've had better experiences here before. While I understand that prices have increased significantly and businesses need to make a profit, raising costs by $3 to $5 or more feels excessive. Many of us are on tight budgets. Although we can always eat at home instead of dining out, sometimes we don’t want our kids eating dinner as late as 9 or 10 p.m. Please focus on restoring the quality of your food—it’s been missing for far too long.
I hadn’t ordered from this Bojangles location in over a year because of a past mistake, and unfortunately, the problems are still there. They left out the supremes and biscuits from our Family Variety Feast, along with the extra gravy and Boberry biscuits we paid for. We chose delivery but now have to visit the restaurant to fix the issue, with no refund for the delivery fee, making it a wasted expense. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
