Pop's Italian Beef And Sausage

Pops has become my go-to place for a quick fast food place. It is so much more than beef sandwiches. I have tried the Rueben (they have 2 sizes). Have tried both sizes and the regular sandwich is plenty and the larger sandwich is definitely huge. Also tried their salads and found that they are very good. I didn't give it all 5 stars however as consistency could be improved. Pictured is a chopped salad which was excellent. The next time I ordered it there was nocheese on top. It is a new place so I am sure the employees are new and the training/consistency will improve over time. The Greek salad pictured is with the $3.00 meat extra option.

The burger was decent, but the chicken tender basket was disappointing. The tenders seemed to be made from low-quality processed ground chicken parts. The shoestring fries did not hold up well during travel. The onion rings were not to my liking as they lacked flavor and the onions were thinly sliced.

This restaurant is the place to go for delicious food at great prices. My husband enjoyed the meatball sandwich, while my son loved the double dog. We also tried the fries and grilled chicken wrap, both of which were tasty. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the location in a newer complex was very nice.

My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but it arrived ice cold. My BLT had soggy bacon, untoasted bread, and only a few pieces of lettuce. I had to recook my husband's meal and completely remake mine. Despite living less than a mile away from the restaurant, our food did not arrive fresh.

Best place ever ... Phil is an amazing boss .. and I can tell you from experience that Phils store is one of the cleanest stores and organized stores ever I have worked for. The way he takes care of his employees is outstanding. He is somebody that you would want your kid to start their first job with. Him and his wife know what they're doing when it comes to running a company. The pride they put in their employees and the pride they put in their food is absolutelyamazing. More companies need to be like Phil and Amber and learn how to train their employees and take the time to work with them like they did us. Phil is one person that will go over above and beyond and make sure everybody is okay andeverybody is moving smoothly.
