I honestly feel that the gal who took my order was angry in life. She was rude, abrupt and short with us. She didn't listen and she didn't thank us for our business. If I had to deal with her daily I'd stop coming to the store. View all feedback.

They told us they were short staffed and wouldn't take any orders less than $15? We had a large enough order but the only other car to show up while we were there was turned away. View all feedback.
When we pull up to the drive-through, they’re so unprofessional they don’t give you no direction no nothing and interrupt you every time you’re trying to order! This place is so rude. It’s unorganized it’s ridiculous, when we were communicating with them on the intercom, they would not respond to us.
Staff is rude, cuts you off when speaking, gets an attitude if you ask them to repeat whatever the hell they mumbled at you overall suck at customer service. I hadn't been through this location in a long time and now I remember why. Spend your money at either of the Waterloo locations, don't bother at Cedar Falls.
Great food and service was good as well. Baconator with baconator fries is where it's at.
Waited 28 minutes to order and get our food. Workers standing around on their phones. Others just standing there
Had a little trouble the first two visits, but now they've seem to have it together.
