We ordered the Chilean sea bass. I love this so was excited to try it here. It was not good. It was so chewy I had to cut it with a steak knife. Then I would chew and chew. Usually means it is over cooked. It also had a drizzle that tasted like candy apple. It was a terrible candy like flavor. . My daughter got the New York strip at market price and it was 1/2 inch thick. I had a bite of her steak and it had a lot of gristle throughout. So sad as we were visiting from out of town and wanted a nice, different place to eat out. Dinner was over $100 and neither of us ate our meal.
