Mcdonald's - Cedar Falls

Very disappointing. Many items from the usual menu were unavailable, and they didn’t even have any French fries.

Both hamburgers had little onions and pickles. Asked for more and was charged .50 per cup. Really??!!!!!!

07/30/24 DON’T ORDER HERE. The big black lady that be there in the night is very very disrespectful to customers. Every time I go there all the customers even complain on her. She needs to be fired. She always takes long with orders and talk trash to customers. She has no respect for customers. The food is not even good it’s always cold and dry. I only order here at night cuz they’re 24 hour and I’m sure that’s why others order because the store is always dry at day due to her behavior. This lady always screams and slams door in people faces and she needs to be dealt with. I overheard her talking trash about another customer while we were waiting for our food. She will meet her match one day and the person will teach her big self a lesson.

Came by tonight 7/30/2024 waited in line for 20min they were a tad busy but still. Got my food asked if my straw was in the bag and got an attitude and a window slammed in my face!!! Food was absolutely disgusting! Fries were cold nuggets tasted like they sat there for hours I would know I've worked at mcds before! Very very poor service which completely sucks cause during the day they are decent sucks this and tb are the only ones open after midnight

I ate at this location 2 Tuesdays in a row. The first Tuesday I pointed out to an employee that one of the ketchup dispensers was putting out orangish pink ketchup and the other tasted like straight vinegar and had the consistency of water. The 2nd Tuesday they were both exactly the same! I showed it to the manager and she gave me the why are you bothering me look and said ok. The Next day this location was my only option for lunch and it was obvious that fresh ketchup had been added to both dispensers and mixed with the nasty old stuff. If they are letting something that goes bad as slowly as ketchup get nasty, just imagine what 's going on with the perishable items! Won 't be back!
