The biscuits we... read more The service at KFC was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, the menu today doesn't match the quality I remember from years ago. The biscuits were hard and dry, and the chicken lacked the rich flavor it once had. Over 30 years ago, when I worked at KFC, biscuits were rolled and cut by hand, and the chicken was breaded manually. The gravy was made from scratch, and greeting customers with a smile was a key part of the job. It seems the recipes have changed over time, likely to streamline operations, but unfortunately, this has affected both the taste and quality.

We wante... read more It's disappointing that Long John Silver's is no longer available. We ordered the chicken strips bucket meals, and they were very dry and unappetizing. We wanted to get a few cookies, but they only sell them in packs of 12 now. The cookies are no longer freshly baked; they come prepackaged. With all these changes and the staff more focused on chatting among themselves, it's unlikely we'll return to the Cedar Falls location.
