Horrible experience! After waiting 20 minutes for one double bacon cheeseburger I get a bun with only lettuce and cheese. No burger, no bacon. Waited 30 minutes for a concrete mixer just for it to be melted and little to no flavor. Service is very bad. Don’t recommend.

I have never seen such a disaster. Laughing at an unhappy customer over a pretty embarrassing mistake on Culver’s behalf. Rude staff and no accountability, disrespectful in so many ways. No apologies. I saw several ice cream orders sitting out melting while staff was standing around. Great learning experience for my 12 year old of what NOT to do when he’s old enough to be employable!
Meet with 5 classmates to reminice. Ate visit for about 3 hours, the place was not busy so we weren't rushed. Very nice
