After waiting 20 minutes for one double bacon cheeseburger I get a bun with only lettuce and cheese. No burger, no bacon. The staff laughed and acted like it was funny when I complained. It was the worst experience. While waiting the 20 minutes I was the 4th order messed up. I did request a full refund and left hungry. I have never seen such a disaster. Laughing at an unhappy customer over a pretty embarrassing mistake on Culver’s behalf. Rude staff and no accountability, disrespectful in so many ways. No apologies. I saw several ice cream orders sitting out melting while staff was standing around. Great learning experience for my 12 year old of what NOT to do when he’s old enough to be employable!

Got there at 6:18 and clicke... read more Don’t waste your time ordering online at this location. I placed an order for curbside pickup and it said it would be done at 6:16. Got there at 6:18 and clicked “im here” took me going into the store 30 minutes later and my order was just sitting on the counter. Good was cold and old and my ice cream melted. Waste of time and money.
