Very nice bbq joint in NM. We've been to many bbq shacks and this one is probably my favorite. The portions aren't taking lightly, they want you leaving with a full belly. We did the combination plate. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and hot links with baked beans and MAC. On point! Every bite was satisfying. That's what we need... Make America Hate Again. People like you are responsible for many of the problems in this country but offer no coherent solutions which we need to overcome them. We really looked forward to eating here this evening. Our waitress, Melissa was top notch. She was excellent! The restaurant was very loud. We couldn’t talk because we couldn’t hear each other. When our food came it came with a bbq sauce that was horrible. My husband and I couldn’t eat the meat (pulled pork) because of the sauces. We ask if they had anything else and they said only the house that was on the plate and then the bottle on the table. One was worse than the other. I got the Mac and cheese which was greasy. Left all that except the first bite. My brother did eat all of this meal since he didn’t get any sauce. Overall I’d say is get a burger. Just skip any sauce.

It had been awhile since I had been here. Used to love the hot links sandwich with steak fries. Ordered it this week and the hot links were different than they used to be and they don't have steak fries anymore. Hot links were not bad but definitely not as good as they used to be in my opinion and the fries now are more like fast food fries. I can't speak for the other food there but just commenting on what I ordered. Service and atmosphere was awesome! Was seated right away and food took a little long to arrive but it was pretty busy so that's expected. I'll still go back but probably will order something different.
The ribs and pulled pork were very good and the meatloaf is surprisingly delicious. Service was attentive and very friendly. Overall just a really good spot for lunch or dinner. Parking: Large parking lot that can fill up but there are usually a few open spots. Kid-friendliness: Many great options for the carnivorous child in your life.
Very good pulled pork and sliced brisket sandwiches. Fried okra good too.
