That's what we need... Make America Hate Again. People like you are responsible for many of the problems in this country but offer no coherent solutions which we need to overcome them. Politics are best kept separate from business... if one wants their business to prosper. The food and service at Ribs bottomed out years ago and you've done little to improve either choosing instead to drive current and potential customers away with divisive signage, divisive merchandise, and attitude. Some businesses make money despite their best efforts not to... but it will catch up with them. EDIT 8/10/24: I see that nothing has changed regarding the atmosphere and the food is still underwhelming and EXPENSIVE. The owner's attitude and business model are better suited to Texas or Florida.

Very nice bbq joint in NM. We've been to many bbq shacks and this one is probably my favorite. The portions aren't taking lightly, they want you leaving with a full belly. We did the combination plate. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and hot links with baked beans and MAC. On point! Every bite was satisfying. The smell of the smoker when you walk in gets your appetite excited. I highly recommend this place if you are passing through.

We were really looking forward to dining here tonight. Our waitress, Melissa, was fantastic—she truly excelled at her job! However, the restaurant was quite loud, making it difficult for us to converse. When our food arrived, it came with a BBQ sauce that was very disappointing. My husband and I couldn't enjoy the pulled pork because of the sauces. We inquired about other options, but they only offered the house sauce already served with the meal and a bottle on the table, both of which were not much better. I ordered the mac and cheese, but it was quite greasy, and I only managed to take one bite before leaving it behind. My brother did finish his meal since he didn't have any sauce on his plate. Overall, I would recommend going for a burger and avoiding any sauces.

BBQanon! What does it really mean when someone says, "You’re an American, act like it"? And what does the term "globalist" really imply? Some people link it to groups like mine—Jews. (You can visit their website for more information, and if you agree with their perspective, feel free to keep dining there.) I used to live nearby and visited a few times because it was convenient. The food was decent but not outstanding, and the service could be very slow at times. However, now that the restaurant has adopted a right-wing stance, I won’t be returning.

I waited 45 minutes for a to-go order of smoked meats. The ribs were severely overcooked, dry, and had a tough texture. The Texas toast was undercooked, resembling bread more than toast. The brisket was average but also a bit dry. The sauce was tasty if you enjoy spicy flavors, which I do. Overall, the service was too slow given the number of staff available, and the food was actually worse than what you'd find at larger corporate chain restaurants.
