I have visited this restaurant about once a month. It is always very clean, the staff is attentive to your order, and the customer service has consistently been excellent.

The staff member was incredibly rude! She was impatient, even though there were no other customers around. She didn't listen to our requests and rushed through making the subs. When she handed over the food, she just tossed it onto the table. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant!

I experienced extremely rude and unprofessional service during my visit. It felt as if they didn’t want to welcome any customers. The staff member was very impatient, even though the restaurant was empty. She didn’t even hand me the food properly; instead, she just tossed it onto the table. The location is fantastic, and the food was decent, but the service was appalling.

So me and my friends were at this subway on october 15th, 2023, and there was only 2 people who were working during the lunch rush, which is just a horrible business strategy, clearly the immigrants who run this place do not have the intelligence to call people in when they need help , now i speak from experience from calling people cause i used to work in the restaurant industry so i do know what it is like to be called in for when the restaurant you work at needs help and you have to go in and help out when there is a rush, so i do not see why the dumb dumb immigrants who run this place can not just call people when there is a rush.when i was there at subway, there was some guy clearly been trained, if this location is training, why would they train someone during a rush, especially when there was only 2 people on staff, it just tells me on how dumb the immigrants are who run this place.now i highly doubt my review will do much, but i do suggest a new owner to take over, and knows on how to keep their employees in line

Just missed the lunchtime crowd! Phew! They are more used to adding what you ask than following the menu...which okay but I forgot to ask for onions.
