Eaten here pretty frequently over the past month with a new job close by. Always good food, hot food and kind people. This is my spot!

Where do I begin?I have been eating at this Zazbys since my freshman year at Brookland-Cayce High School in 2001!Lisa, on the front counter, has always been kind, professional, and friendly!She has served the entire wrestling team after school and tournaments!Today, Lisa and Niya on the register made sure my food was right, served me with a smile, and reminded me why I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years!Thank you, Lisa, Niya, and the Zaxbys crew!We appreciate you!See you next time.5 star service, food, and employees

I wouldn't be coming back. How you make two orders wrong then act like I'm the problem for coming back and complaining about what I PAID FOR?! The negativity and attitude from management is very unprofessional.The male, black bald head manager didn't acknowledge the fact that the order was not make correctly and was very nonchalant about correct their mistake. Being the manager of a fast food restaurant that incompletes orders is your decision, not mine.

Whoever running this location is it, they got people who know what they're doing. All the food was fresh. Tenders were juicy, fries was crispy, not burnt, and had season. The toast was perfectly swiped with that butter and toated to perfection. The egg rolls were freshly made...only thing was the traditional wings could've been a little better but other than that, food was delicious. Would definitely go to this location again.
