Taco Bell - Cayce

Very clean place, the employees were friendly and helpful, and there was quick service! It's probably the best taco bell experience I have had in years!

Sad, but fixed. Food tastes okay, but entire items were missing from our order. There was a food expiration label in our salad.However, once we brought it up, food was remade. Nice fix. Great employees!

I order on uber eats a good bit, usually every time i order it’s almost $40 so me and my roomate can have dinner. There has been 2 times where i did not get the drinks because they said “oh our machine is down” , this is after i have paid. They mess up tacos a lot, is usually get 2 tacos with only lettuce and cheese because i am allergic to the meat. They added meat, tomato’s and mayonnaise to the tacos. I do not understand and it’s just really frustrating when you order almost 50dollars worth of food.

Easily the worst Taco Belle ever. Consistently terrible service, wrong orders, terrible attitude.Most often the staff are outside smoking when you pull through the drive through. Again, accuracy under 25%. They charge for things you don't receive.Constantly out of product, especially on the weekends. Terrible staff, awful experiences. I would visit at least once a week. I might go once every 2-3 months.Good luck. The odds are not in your favor. ?

The worst Taco Bell ever ! Didn’t even have the doordash food ready ! Was in the drive thru for 10 mins couldn’t go around and they wouldn’t even pass the doordash order through the drive thru window. Was told to come inside after waiting 10 mins in line ! Get inside and waiting for more than 10 mins again ! A manager was on duty and it seems like no one cared to give great customer service . Very disappointing.
