This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the (excellent) nearby hotels where we stayed during a bike tour. we did not expect much and were very pleasantly surprised. eating was breathtaking, and so were the prices – in a good sense. Must-Tries are local Fassone beef dishes, especially the tartaric acid, which was fantastically simple and delicate. pizzas are also good and ridiculously cheap for a margherita.) large wine list with very cheap local nebbiolos and dolcettos. the service was also very friendly and efficient. the piemont is the best!
