Must-Tries are local Fassone beef dishes, especially the tartaric acid, which was fantastically simple and delicate. pizzas are also good and ridiculously cheap for a margherita.) large wine list with very cheap local nebbiolos and dolcettos. the service was also very friendly and efficient. the piemont is the best!

We enjoyed some wonderful Angus steaks. Quality and price are very good.
