They had signs on the doors stating that they listen... read more First of all - we were BEYOND grateful that this location heard its customers and stayed open this weekend. They had signs on the doors stating that they listened, and were staying open until tomorrow. That is INCREDIBLE customer service. We stopped here a couple of times, but this morning is what I'll review. I went in to get a coffee and a bagel. The line was relatively long, and the wait was too. The staff completely countered the boring-ness of the wait with their friendly personalities. Despite waiting on "more people than they could handle" (efficiently,) and many of them being finicky tourists who kept changing their minds, the staff stayed positive and friendly. Could not be more happy about my visit to this Tim's. Thank you.
